About Strategen AI
Strategen AI is an Australian AI adoption and governance advisory firm helping organisations move from AI experiments to governed business performance.
What Strategen AI does
Strategen AI helps boards, executives and delivery teams decide where AI belongs, how it should be governed, and how to embed it into real workflows. The firm focuses on the adoption layer that sits between ambition and implementation: readiness, strategy, governance, workflow redesign, assurance and executive capability.
Vendor-independent advisory
Strategen AI is not a software vendor, reseller or body-shop implementation partner. We do not sell AI software licences or push clients toward a preferred platform. Our role is to help organisations decide where AI belongs, how it should be governed and how adoption should be measured.
The APIG method
APIG is Strategen AI's adoption framework for understanding how AI changes work. It examines four dimensions: Actors (who, or what, now makes things happen), Practices (how work, decisions, handovers and assurance change), Infrastructure (what data, systems, platforms and controls are required), and Governance (who is accountable, and how AI use is monitored, escalated and assured).
Founder-led advisory
Joel Leslie is the Founder and Principal of Strategen AI. He brings executive experience across AI, data, digital transformation, privacy, cyber security, enterprise systems and board-level advisory. View Joel Leslie's profile.
